Derma Planing

Derma planing is a manual exfoliation treatment performed by a scalpel and in this case by a specialist nurse practitioner who is also qualified in advanced aesthetics and derma planing.
The procedure is designed to remove the top layer of dead skin cells from the top layer of skin called the Stratum Corneum along with peach fuzz hair called Vellus hair.

This treatment takes around 20-30 minutes and is completely pain free and relaxing.
It does not cause hair to grow back thicker or quicker as is removed at skin level and not at the root and will always grow back the same as anyone who has not had derma planing treatment.
